"Sooo many more people saw our listing"
We tried Crexi for one of our commercial listings because we really needed more exposure, it helped a loooot. We started getting more calls and emails than before, and the dashboard was easy to get the hang of. It’s not perfect, but it definitely put us in front of buyers we probably wouldn’t have reached on our own

"Good property search, but the filters can be annoying"
I’ve been using it over the past couple of weeks while looking at properties, and overall the search works well. It’s easy enough to browse and find places that match what I’m looking for. The only thing that’s been frustrating is that every now and then the filters reset, so I have to go back and set everything up again. Not a huge deal, but after a few searches it gets a bit annoying.

"Deal tracking is so much easier now??"
I’ve been using CREXi to keep track of a few deals, it’s made everything feel way less chaotic. Having notes, documents, and updates all in one spot instead of hunting through old emails?? Such a relief. It took me a little while to get the hang of it, but now I’m saving time with it pretty much every day

"Super easy to use!"
Crexi was really easy to use :) I was able to search around, find listings quickly, and didn’t feel like I was getting buried in a bunch of confusing menus!

"Pretty solid for what it costs"
crexi has been worth it for me so far. The price feels fair, especially compared to a few other sites I tried. I mean, I’m getting enough leads to make it feel justified, and the info on there has been useful too. Not saying it’s perfect or anything, but I don’t really have any major complaints right now. For the cost, it’s been a good value.

"Support responded quickly, but I was disappointed I had to reach out"
I ran into a small issue with my listing, which was a little disappointing since I didn’t expect to have to deal with it. I messaged Crexi support not expecting much, but they got back to me quickly and fixed it without making me go back and forth a bunch. So while I wasn’t thrilled about the problem in the first place, the support experience itself was easy and a relief

I put my listing up and, as you’d expect, getting more people to see it makes a big difference. It ended up getting way more views than I thought it would, and fast too

I’ve had a good experience with CREXi so far. I was looking into a few different options while trying to get some things organized during an already busy week, and their sales team was professional without being stiff or hard to talk to, which I really appreciated.
They got back to my questions quickly and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed into a decision or given some big sales pitch. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, the follow-up was solid, and overall I’d be comfortable using them again

"Helpful market data when I need quick answers"
I use crexi mostly to look up market data and comps before I start making calls. When I’m trying to sort through a bunch of properties and feel a little trapped by all the research, it definitely helps me get unstuck. The info is easy to read and it saves me a lot of time. It’s not perfect every single time, but for quick real estate research, it’s been really useful.

"Really easy auction process"
Bidding on crexi was, like, straightforward. The updates came through fast, so I always kind of knew where things stood, which was nice. I did have one small question along the way, and support got back to me quickly. Overall, yeah, it was a good experience.

"Felt a bit misled by the listings"
I’ve used Crexi to check out properties, and at first the listings seemed detailed and reliable. But after digging in more, I realized some of the info didn’t line up the way I expected, which made me feel a little misled. It’s still useful for browsing, but I wouldn’t trust everything at face value

I’ve used crexi a handful of times, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. The listings are easy enough to understand, and most of the details feel upfront and helpful. There are a few small things that could be better, but nothing that would stop me from using it again.
